67 Autolite 4100 and spacer correct gasket direction?

For a 67 289 with an Autolite 4100 4v carb.
Do the individual holes go in the back for the secondaries and the double more open hole in the front for the primaries? So it kind of looks like a face? Using this style both under the spacer and carb on stock manifold. Gasket does not have Front & Back noted on it like the 4 hole type does.

I've always used the gasket which is the same for all four holes (like shown in the attached pic). I think the gasket you've posted is for a Motorcraft 4300.
