Get me horny

So I'm not horny (now there's a set up for you guys).

I took the LeCarra wheel off and the contacts make a spark(occassionally) but no horny sounds.

Walk me through what to check next. :roll
 
If you jump the two horn contacts the horn should sound. If not, you may have blown the fuse when you were removing the wheel. Probably a good idea to disconnect the battery before you mess with the electrical stuff on a car.

Up until 1970, horns got their power from the headlight switch and not the fuse box.
