Help me identify this hose please

Not sure what this hose is for so I figured one of you guys who tell me. I am referrring to the hanging black hose not attached to anything that is coming out of the body

It's for the rear end vent. It hooks up where the brake lines meet on the rear end housing.

so it should be attached to the rear end?

Yep - there should be an empty nipple sticking up where the flex brake line goes to the rear end.


It'll look like the block on the end of this hose with the nipple sticking out upwards.
