Help with bracket

It's been a while since I took the bumper off and I don't remember where these bracket go. Can anyone help me out with this one?

I believe those are the parking brake cable brackets that mount under the rear seat pans.

Dammit, I would have bet my car they were cable brackets...good thing I didn't. I don't have the front bumper on my car.

Good thing you didn't.....we all would have been trying to mount the cables to them to avoid ownership of your car.....lol
 
Im pretty sure they go to the bumper because I had them zip tied together when I took it apart. I still cant see where they go. Does it bolt to the square hole on the bottom of the bumper?
 
The bracket goes there. On the outside I think.
