See you on Sunday Jeff. I have cut-pile carpet in the interior and it's the same as the trunk.

Craig, it's my old C4 but I have a Lokar shifter. As far as driving it, I do all the time. In fact, I drove it 1,800 miles to Bellevue WA to the Grand National MCA show 3 years ago, a month after finishing it.

1800 miles on its first drive? Wow....any problems on the road? Usually there some shake down problems. I was glad I had the BAMA crew with me when we went to SLC.

Lokar shifter? Ah hah. Sure didn't look like a c4 shifter in the pic. Nice

Looks great, Stan.
By chance, do you know the model number of the Lokar shifter you used? Or did you just call and tell them what you needed?
THX!
And yes, we need to get you to Knott's and apparently you and I both need to get to MITM..

Thanks. There are 2 styles of shifters: one attaches to the trans and one that attaches to the floor. I originally got the first one and realized that I would probably have to drop the trans. Uh no. Fortunately I got the Lokar from a local dealer (Vic Hubbards in Hayward) and switched it. I really like it. Very solid and for my money much better than the original one.

What seats are those?

The seats are from a '93 Mustang. I got rid of the headrests and had my upholsterer redesign them. The back matches the front. All of the upholstery is done in UltraLeather, which is extremely soft.
