Hi, last week I was in Reno from Tues thru Sat for the show. Drove the 65 and it was a 400 mile round trip. Car ran great and no issues. Over 6500 registered classics. We went to the Barrett Jackson auction on Thurs. Other activities included a concert by Herman's Hermits, swap meet, and vendor Expo. It was another great week.

Tuesday, just arrived at our casino. Cruised from Modesto with my friend and his 41 Ford/351w street rod.

Looks like a great time. Every time I see a Comet like that I want one. Badly. Need a bigger garage.
 
The Caliente was a great looking car. We had the same car (without the American Mags) in white with a white interior back when we got married. It was my wife's car. I had a 64 Falcon Sprint at that time as well. My Sprint was Vintage Burgundy with a black interior and a 4 speed. We sold them both for reasons I still can't explain. BTW, was the 70 Cougar Eliminator really a 351W? I thought all the performance 351 applications were 351Cs in 1970 with the 2V cars a mix of Cs and Ws. That assumes that the Eliminator was a performance model (yeah, I know it was).

What. No picture of my car?? I was up there from July 26th to Aug. 5. First I thought, 11 days in Reno. But, it went by so quick.
Next year we will have to meet up.
