Procar seats

I scored pretty well yesterday on a barely used set of Procar Pro-90 bucket seats ... They are going in my '65 El Camino, but I thought they would look equally as good in an early Mustang.

These normally sell for about 261 with headrests, 243 without, (but also saw a listing on summit for 195) but no pic to see what was different.
Anyway, I don't think I've seen these used in an early Mustang, but I think they would look good. Procar even sells matching covers for rear seats...

If anyone here has these in their Mustang, please post a pic... I'm curious as to how well they look and feel...

I like the Pro90's! They will look sharp in your El Camino or whatever you install them in! :thu I have the Elites in my 67 coupe. Did you get the seat mounts too? Congratulations!!

I totally agree on the high bolsters of thier rally seats... The elites look to have the "right" amount for a street car. The Pro 90s are on the shallow side, but plenty good compared to the flat board seats of ther 60's.

The guy I got these from bought them less than a year ago and had them installed in a 2000 ranger, he traded the truck 6 months ago and put the original seats back in. The Ranger adapters are currently installed on the seats. I'm debating whether I should rework them to use in the El Camino or get the proper Chevelle / El Camino mounts or make my own. The brackets are simple enough to make, so thats probably what I'll do.

The Elite's as well as Corbeau's are what I was originally looking at for my Mustang, but then ended up with escort GT seats. They were originally an inexpensive alternative (until i had them re-upholstered) for a similar look. I guess I never really gave it enough thought before, but Procar seems to make a nice seat.
