sorry I didn't post pics earlier, I forgot.
Clamp-in radiator sits on brackets and has a clamp on top
the "in-line" as opposed to a cross-flow (actually both clamp-in and bolt-in are not cross flow) but the "other" type is a bolt-in that bolts to the core support with holes in the flange and sometimes has plates or covers to fill the opening on the sides.
The clamp-in was usually on big block cars or cars with AC as they are bigger/wider.
