threaded holes in rear rocker area

What are the threaded holes in the rear rocker area where the quarter spots to for?

Here's a pic of the holes in question.

Those are used on a coupe / vert... The rear quarter window slider assembly bolts down to those two holes.
 
Ah ok, I didn't think there was anything attached to them during tear down. So, no need to recreate them on the drivers side.

BTW, you get a chance to look at that buck?

I did look on Thursday but didn't find it yet... I've been re arranging things between the garage, basement and shed. I need to check a few more spots.
