Looks like just the floor support on both sides and the bumper portion. You could do both without disassembly if your had to. They are the easier parts of the front frame rail IMO. While doing the floor support, it would give you an oppurtunity to add sub-frame connectors. Not sure how bad the rear is, kinda hard to tell from the pic.

I can't get a decent picture of the rear while its on the ground. They are not too bad, but do need to be fixed. It's bulging out between those two bolts.

I can't weld. I would like to learn someday, but don't know. I would need to have someone do it.

Rapid,
I learned to weld from video's from the Internet. It's not hard, but it does take practice. I purchased a nice welder (a miller 211 that can do 120 or 240 voltage) and just started practicing.

For the price of a decent welder you could likely find someone to do the repair work for you. Plus it could happen a whole lot sooner.

In order to get the transplant done on my vert, I took the car to a nearby warehouse and would go work on it every morning at 5:00 for an hour before work and getting kids to school etc. Doing so allowed me uninterrupted work time and didn't make me feel like I was taking time away from anything except sleep.
This wouldn't help with the welding but may work for the EFI.
